Original shout outs

One of the main goals of the recent site revamp was to bring the site's purpose and philosophy into clearer focus, both in the site's reason for being and in its actual under the hood design and organization. A huge mess of code was tamed, with a lot of redundancy being eliminated. One of the casualties of this process was the original "Shout Outs" page, which I made the decision to axe after failing to find a way to integrate it into the new design philosophy. However, as these comments represent the earliest feedback and encouragement I received, I didn't want them to end up lost to history. So here they are, as a historical record of the early days of P.A.O. Productions.

  • Hey, Peter.
I like your new site updates, and thank you for linking to Skeleton Handshake. My browser seems to have been taken over by evil web monkeys, so I'm seeing stuff I shouldn't be seeing, but I'll take care of that on my end. Don't you worry.

  • You are amazing and I admire the work that you put into this site! Thank you for all you've done for me and the rest of us unruly kids that you, for some strange reason, like to surround yourself with.

  • Peter, The power of Shazam flows through you. You are more powerful than religion, microwaves, and beer combined. You could be a fantastic sniper because you have such a great eye. But you wouldn't be a sniper because you are way too intelligent for that.Thank you for co-creating with all of us.

  • I'm impressed by your live performance photography. The photos are of great quality, especially considering the venues in which they were taken. You have an exceptional way of capturing the light so that it compliments the movement of the scene. I've worked with plenty of qualified photographers who could just never accurately portray the ambiance of a live performance - I know how much of challenge it can be. Also, it is definitely admirable that your efforts are going toward preserving local artists.

  • Yea that would be me. I am friends with Mike who is helping them and he is a bassist for another band used to be with Dark Sol. I was always on the yearbook so I wouldn't be in it, ya know. My friend Jr is a proffessional and has always said it just seems like something I was meant to do. Maybe we can get together adn compare. Its always great to meet someone else who likes the same.
